David Kaye

David is the CEO of Puma Capital Group and a member of the PPE Investment Committee.

David graduated from Oxford with a degree in law and was called to the Bar in 2000. He practised as a barrister at a leading London set of chambers for five years, specialising in advising on a range of complex commercial legal issues with a particular focus on financial investments and real estate

He joined Shore Capital Group, of which Puma Capital Group is a member company, in January 2006 as Deputy General Counsel and in 2011 became Commercial Director and General Counsel of the Group.

As CEO of Puma Capital Group, David is able to provide assistance to the Puma Private Equity management team and portfolio companies as required.  He has significant transactional experience across a range of asset classes.
